Time.com did an article about our GRL Hong Kong adventures w/ MC YAN. They did a nice job, but I would like to go on record here and say that our friend Paul Notzold does not use L.A.S.E.R. Tag…. in fact I’m pretty sure he despises it.
I finally made a long over due update to the White Glove Tracking project. A while back talented artist and visual programmer Jung-Hoon Seo did a series of visualizations of the wgt data. (While you’re on his site you might as well cop a of few of his mixes). A complete list of White Glove Tracking visualization can be viewed in the wgt gallery.
In other glove related news Oliver Laric’s new hot jam, La Mano, seems to be inspired in part by Zach Lieberman’s Paul Phifer inspired wgt visualization. I got love for both.

Just when you thought Throwies were dead. The LAist reported yesterday on a project called Welcome Home LA which aims to bring awareness to the homelessness in the Skip Row area of downtown Los Angeles.
