    Also, I don’t think my data is a bike. If my data was a bike only one person could use it at a time. That’s basically the same argument the RIAA uses to argue against file sharing.

    I share my data with lots of entities, and it’s still my data. If Google uses my data to work in a way I don’t like, that’s just my fault for not reading the TOS. Ultimately, the thing that is precious isn’t the data itself but the association with and control of that data. If Google started impersonating or misrepresenting me, then there’s really an issue.
