Also, I don&#039;t think my data is a bike. If my data was a bike only one person could use it at a time. That&#039;s basically the same argument the RIAA uses to argue against file sharing.

I share my data with lots of entities, and it&#039;s still my data. If Google uses my data to work in a way I don&#039;t like, that&#039;s just my fault for not reading the TOS. Ultimately, the thing that is precious isn&#039;t the data itself but the association with and control of that data. If Google started impersonating or misrepresenting me, then there&#039;s really an issue.</description>
